Post Your Battlefield 3 Beta Pics! [56k Time to Upgrade] w/ Performance Results!

I'm so disappointed. I was looking forward to upgrading my rig, and now it seems I don't need to. Bummer. i5750at4Ghz

Mobile spawnpoints can be pretty funny at times, one was set in a hall by someone on my team. I spawned there, immediately had 5 guys in my face, mowed em all down.

it looks quite bad actually

hoping the full version looks better, but i doubt it

Hitting a pretty consistent 70fps on ultra with 6950 crossfire. I'm annoyed I can't play using my 360 pad though. Thought it was supported.mbrockway

80-120 fps at all times, ultra everything. 1680x1050.

thats on a 2600k/8GB/560ti SLI pc.

graphics are really good. animations are the best ever. ever.

played in an EU server, cuz all the US ones were full......so I pinged a solid 133-200. yet it seemed low latency somehow. like 33ish. like dude is running sideways and the hitbox is right on his head somehow (hitscan maybe?)

some shots, some double kill headshot stuff.

I will never be able to play Battlefied 3 on my 8 year old PC.

Picking ultra has MSAA below. So looks like neither.

Maybe it looks better in motion. Not impressed by the screens so far. Crysis 2 looks this good in screens if not better, was expecting a jump up.

There is something up with the lighting in those pictures. They looked a bit washed out.

Of course it's not impressive because it's not really open landscapes with thousands of trees and mountains.

... Man I hate playing with a keyboard. Makes my dang hand cramp having to hold down shift and w and then hit c and space. Its fun, but I don't think I see myself playing much unless retail comes with 360 pad support.mbrockway

With the PC version of Bad Company 2, the beta looked significantly worse than the full version. They compressed some things and removed others to reduce the download size.
