If something is possible on the 360, it most definatley will work on the PS3.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3JkBXdjGnX4 there you go, Proof. and make sure you start timing when it actually starts loading (Says LOADING NOW), not during the startup screen, because bluray start up screens are always longer. but load times are smooth sailing :) Enjoy!.[QUOTE="Killzowner"][QUOTE="Doolz2024"]Funny, because it's actually the complete opposite for me. Load times were slightly longer on the 360 version before installing, but after installing, it's now around 5-6 seconds faster than the PS3 version.Threebabycows
If the start up screens are longer you still have to wait:lol:.
start up screens are once, load times are all over. Also startup screens arent mid game lol.[QUOTE="Threebabycows"][QUOTE="Killzowner"] http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3JkBXdjGnX4 there you go, Proof. and make sure you start timing when it actually starts loading (Says LOADING NOW), not during the startup screen, because bluray start up screens are always longer. but load times are smooth sailing :) Enjoy!.Killzowner

Just wondering does the PS3 even have a stealth game? and please do not say MGS because any game that allows shooting as such a acceptable option is not a stealth game. It is just a action game that allows you to stealth. I can do stealth actions in Fallout for example but I would never call it a stealth game.rybe1025
Why can't it be a stealth game that allows you some action?
Other than Diluted fanboy's that believe E3 Ubi PR statements, didn't we all really know this?
Looking at Splinter Cell's History, looking at Ubisoft's History, looking at M$ History...this was a no-brainer.
Like I said two years ago, Splinter Cell is a Timed Exclusive.
That being said, I'm buying it day one because I have the luxury of owning all systems.
SolidTy
They never said it was a timed exclusive
Its basic knowledge that an exclusive game will sell more and be more in demand if it were exclusive to one console. It will be more relevent

Er, that doesn'tmake sense at all.

It is a stealth action game wether you like it or not.

Errrr, do you actually think a new Halo would be as hyped and demanded if it came out for both the PS3 and 360 on launch day? NO... GTA4 had a hard time outselling Halo 3 on day one and it was on both systems, that tells you something, mr. errrr!

Why wouldn't it? Would 360 owners who bought halo not buy it because it's on other systems? Why would the publisher advertise it any less?[QUOTE="krp008"][QUOTE="Chutebox"]

Actually, I don't get it either. I kinda get the more hype thing, but you also automatically halve your potential market by staying single platform, which is a major reason CoD4 and GTA IV were able to outsell Halo 3 and other huge games so easily. Why wouldn't it? To me it seems some people think SW attitude is the same in the normal, real world.[QUOTE="Doolz2024"][QUOTE="Killzowner"] they do, better load times.KillzownerPS3 versions of multiplats don't even have that advantage anymore since you can now install games to the 360's HDD. Load times on 360 versions of multiplats are just as short if you install. even with install they dont match the ps3 load times. and for alot of ppl load times are very important in gaming. srry but blu ray is just more flexible then dvds because of extra space, less load times. actually, BR has a slower read speed. that's why they opted for an install on MGS4.
Probably could handle the game. But it would surely cost them a lot.
That should be the reason why it's "console exclusive".
What i fail to understand is, if it's so easier to develope on the 360, why are there still no games that can match U2, MGS4, KZ2, GT5, etc, gfx quality?
Not that it's that important, since graphics aren't the be all, end all for games.
