exactly. and second of all, 2011 isnt over. it might end up being pretty close after the holidays. also, MS has some pretty big bundles coming out. theres one on amazon for 299 right now. halo reach, fable 3, 250 GB hard drive and free xbox live gold membership. also, if MS slashes the price of the console soon, who knows how much it will sell.

People that say that Japan doesn't matter is wrong. Japan makes up a good sum of their market from games and by saying it doesn't matter is irrevelant. The PS3 has been struggling against the 360, but the reason why ppl say the 360 is better is because it's cheaper than the PS3. Well guess what folks, cheaper doesn't mean better. For example, if I had a choice to buy between a full course meal (PS3) and a tv dinner (360), most ppl would buy the tv dinner because it's cheaper, but once you eat that tv dinner, it tastes awful or possibly not cooked well by the manufacturers. What I'm saying is that the ppl that seem to care about the NPD and think the 360 is outselling everything is wrong, while the PS3 is outselling the 360 especially in Japan and most of Europe.

But I also own a Wii, PS3 and have owned a 360 before I got rid of it. You sound pretty bitter :D

Its best games that cows hype up arent as good as the 360's Halo>Killzone Gears 3 9.5 > Uncharted 3 9.0 The only other game that makes me interested in PS3 is God of War, qnd I can live without one button masher. I dont see why more people dont accept PCs as a very acceptable form of gaming, My Mac mini with a i7 and 8 gigs of ram hooked up to my TV does the same things plus thousands more than a console ever could!

I just have a PS3 because of the exclusives and driving games ... I've found out that the PS3 is actually a solid offering, unlike the 360 of which I had 3 units..

Though I'm quite fully aware you realize all of them are facts outside of community (which is true as well to be hoenst) since this same argument has been repeated time and time again on system wars forever but console fanboys just dont like admiting they lost. Just like how console gamers tried to deny for years that Crysis is graphics king with ridiculous comparisons. Oh, I also forgot to list:
