Thats kind of old. Back in August the "high" priced PS3 phat had already passed 360 sales in Europe. Most likely the slim just increased the overall sales.

Go to the 'source' of the article http://www.vgchartz.com/ehweekly.php?date=40167and add up the numbers. They are wrong. If you total the numbers by the chart 360 has sold 13130343 while PS3 has sold 12045297. Yet the top total chart has different numbers. VGChartz is a joke. BTW, can someone post 'Other Europe' on a map?

IIRC PAL is larger than NTSC now

I remember reading that Sony and Microsoft uses different countries for the PAL region. So if this console overtakes this console in this PAL region, it wouldn't be a fair comparison if the two are counting sales from completely different countries within the region.

I can give you a link saying you're wrong, wanna provide evidence you're right? UK has always been a larger gaming market than Germany. So as Dr Cox might say ... "Wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong ... You're wrong! You're wrong!" :)

EDIT as a sidenote Japan is the second biggest single country in terms of gaming but the UK is 2nd when it comes to the 360 & PS3. (Wii, DS & PSP much bigger in Japan - although PC gaming is much bigger in UK)
