Should have been something the console was able to do from the get go.

Bloodborne has been tested on the PS4 Pro boost mode and it is still capped at 30 fps, but it does not drop frames and loads faster. There are still frame pacing issues sometimes, but the game is mostly smoothed out on the PS4 Pro. From Software may have poor optimization, but the GPU basically brute forces its way through.
