I know two people that have traded in PS4's for an Xbone.
I know five people who have traded in Xbones and bought multiple PS4's for different family members including themselves, some even a couple per house hold.
Assuming they can maintain their rhythm, they could possibly reach ~35 million by the end of this year. That's a loooot of consoles in 2 years.
I'm not even considering a price-cut since I think Sony will delay it as much as they can if they keep selling like this. A price cut could increase that number or just help reach it.
I think that's pretty reasonable since the ps4 will probably sell at a similar rate as last year which should be about 15 million(maybe a bit more this year) if you don't include the launch months.
