Why arbitrarily limit relevant GPUs on the basis of "FLOPS" unless you're desperately trying to have a point that you clearly don't have. It's not even a reasonable thing to do.
Sorry kid, but in terms of yard stick "measurements" I'll rather have the 60 frames count over the HDR count anyday! While I love the consoles, there's no competition when comparing the 2 platforms. Most (if not all) can easily tell a bigger difference from a 60-30 frame difference, than an HDR/non HDR picture.

The results you listed are for a pair of tablets, not phones.
The iPhone X only scores 3175 in that benchmark.
To put it into perspective, the A11 couldn't even beat a Snapdragon 835 which launched at the start of 2017.
