lol wrong,
Highest factory core clock/boost
High maximum rated power draw (for overclocking purposes)
Most effective cooling solution (especially when it comes to VRM section of the board)
Best air cooled solution
*Highest stock TDP/Power Limit (for overclocking purposes)
Most display connectivity 3xDP 1xHDMI 2xDVI
You keep banging on about silence, why haven't you put your cards underwater? Watercooling is so much quieter its not even funny.
Pumps are noisy. Even my damn H100i is currently at Corsair being repaired for grinding/ticking noises

My H100 is grinding now, going to scrap it soon and go to a NH-D15 instead. Proper WC'ing pumps are not noisy. If you isolate correctly you can't hear them.

And louder than Strix..
According to Toms Hardware the Gigabyte is only as quiet as a reference GTX 980.

Where as the GTX 970 Strix is 5 db quieter than reference GTX 980.
In other words, the Gigabyte GTX 970 is about 50% louder than a GTX 970 Strix
@GioVela2010:
Still going on how quite the STRIX is yeah we know you dont have one that's why its silent
@04dcarraher:
I know u don't believe that lol, you're just trolling now :)

@04dcarraher:
you're just trolling now :)
Now you know how people with eyes feel when you say PC doesn't have the best gfx, for the last 3 gens.

Make me, 20fps on low champion (lol consoles)
@Jankarcop: how would DF prove your personal settings and performance.
The fact is, PC has the best gfx this gen and the last 2 gens. Gio is a troll.
so no answer to the question then, so i take it you're still not a PC gamer
PC factually has the best gfx at the moment. This is the only truth that needs to be known.
All those cores and i still cant play Zelda or Bloodborne
It is like having a Ferrari in a world without roads
You can play Zelda,try again
It is well known that as a Zelda fan i love waiting 10-15 years to see if the game will be on PC eventually to play it
Also lets do a reality check, is Demons Souls on PC ? Sure i can wait until 150 years old to see if it will come, but then again why not play it on PS3 now ?
Didn't take long last gen to have a Wii emulator
That is because Wii was multiple generations behind consoles and even more behind PC. WiiU is not the same case. It is closer to the never made xbox 360 and PS3 emulators. Plus who wants to wait to see if something may happen, not a Zelda fan for sure.

Does that mean that all Zelda fans are the same and not a single is able to wait?
Putting my upgrades on hold until I see more of this. PS4 isn't looking at PC as competition. Most people like the plug and play style of consoles, or at least they think PC gaming isn't like that.
For most people, PS4/X1, are good enough. Not everyone even knows theses games come out on PC as a comparison. We know because we are on these forums, most people don't pay any attention to this, and only pay attention to whether it's on their console or not.
Uncharted 4 and Order 1886 are 2 of the best looking games I've seen on any platform, PC included. It may not be 4k or any insane state of the art resolution, but they look great non the less.

Of course, this is the definition of a fan. Anything else is not included in the term.
A casual Zelda gamer sure can wait though, i am not talking about that, but for real fans of the series.
