I talked to a mod about it, and they said it's fine to post Steam threads :) It's perfectly fine to point out deals on games, and it's amazingly fine to try and get discussions started about the games like I have tried to do.

Super Meat Boy is fun :) It's not really your standard 2D platformer like Braid, or DKC where you progress through an adventure or something. You just play levels, and attempt to be a skilled jumper, and save your favorite girl :)

They have their original flash game on Newgrounds. That's actually what sold me on Super Meat Boy. The flash game is great, and the full game is just like it :) If you're concerned you should give the flash game a try.

Battlefield Bad Company 2 is good. I kinda got bored of it (though I still put in a lot of time). I'm thinking I might get the Vietnam pack to add some variety to the game. I just wonder if it'll go on sale given how recently it released

Well, I think you have to put in a minimum amount of 1 penny, but as far as I know with different fees assosciated with things like Paypal if you pay a penny it'll cost the guys hosting the bundle.

I'm trying to temper myself. Pretty successfully so far if I may say so myself. No impulse buys yet. Few games are not worth ~€2, but there needs to be some quality to them that might make me actually boot the damned thing up, and hopefully enjoy myself to some degree. Otherwise by the end of this sale I'll have like twenty €2 games just sitting around my library. Could've bought sometimg I'm actually interested in instead.

Found a fix that seems to have worked. If you're using Windows 7 you have to go into SMB's properties in Steam and uncheck the box for Steam Community in-game.

Trying to figure out if its creepy or just funny that everything about you is Rayman.

DONT BUY ODDBOX, to be specific Stranger's Wrath and Munch's Odyssee.

Both games have MAJOR issues. They are both downright godaweful ports.
Former has SEVERE performance issues and graphical bugs and glitches galore. The latter crashes randomly, some as bad as after one minute. I got three full minutes playtime in Munch. No customisable video settings, horrible bugs and crashes. No promises about updates yet. And the games have xbox graphics.
Anyone interested in the Oddboxx run the risk of devs not fixing or patching this game. Since both games have 2 different developers...

It feels sloppy but I don't think it's broken. My 360 controller is compatible with it, it hasn't crashed on me once and the game plays exactly how it did on the Xbox. The developers have said they're going to patch the game not only to get rid of bugs but also to upgrade it with the PS3 versions assets when that releases. Either way I think it's a good investment.

Just bought Deus Ex Collection and BC2. :)
