Anyone else notice how Uncharted 2: Among Thieves was nominated for just about every category of the video game awards...

Well the way I see it while uncharted may be nominated for a lot of categories, I really dont see it winning more than maybe two of those categories at most, best animation and game of the year (if modern warfare 2 doesnt get it based on popularity alone).

U2 does have an incredible single player, a fun story and great voice acting, but its multiplayer doesnt feel like anything to write home about. Good and solid, yes, best from this year, no....Its soundtrack, is comparable to DA's but I would still say that DA wins out. I dont want to turn this into DA vs U2. Both are experiences that any gamer should at least give a shot. Its just that G4 completely missing out on DA seems like a major oversight....

Those nominations seem to be accurate. Uncharted 2 has nominations for Art Direction, Writing, Animation, and Soundtrack. That's the bulk of their nominations, and Uncharted 2 surpasses most other game this year in all four of those categories. Dragon Age should be considered for writing and soundtrack over Uncharted 2, but nothing else. I don't see the issue.

I have the game on PC and its a very cool game but voice acting sucks. Especially in the beginning if you start off as a human noble.
