If a game can only be played on PC, than it is exclusive to that platform.
Why is that so hard to get for you ?
Wait, never mind. It's not like you ever answered any of my previous questions anyway. That would require you to think.

Exclusive is a marketing term that denotes a piece of software that legally cannot leave the platform (at least for a certain period of time.)
It doesn't mean "our game sucks so it's PC exclusive because nobody else wants it."
Up until a few years ago, I'd never heard that term used to describe a PC game.
You're just trying to be console bros.
LOL Exclusive means that it's only found one place (or a set of places), you know like when you hear on the news "Channel 12 Exclusive!". Â There's nothing legal about it. Â You are thinking of something else like a contract with so and so on to exlusively make games for x system. Â The exlusively part just means that they are going to work on x system. Â For example Minecraft was a PC exlusive for quite some time, but that didn't mean there was a legal contract to keep it on PC. Â That's just the way it was, till of course they made an Xbox version. Â Now it's exlusive to Xbox and PC (and mobile) but that still doesn't mean that it legally can't show up on PS3 eventually. Â
Well consider it another one of my "opinions" I hate the term "PC exclusive" it makes it feel like PC gamers are trying to be console bros.
As someone who also plays games on PC, I never once said "oh this is PC exclusive."
I just see if it interests me.
I don't consider Hard Reset "exclusive" it's just a good game that if the developer's ambitious they will try to put it on consoles because it deserve to be played (and can make them more money.)
But ultimately that involves lawyers and contracts so I understand why some developers don't want to be in the console space, it's a high-risk-high-reward environment where you can make millions or you can become homeless.
