Yes, I can
Casual - Pointed at people that want their fix for when they feel bored, dont offer a challenge i.e. FB games, most F2P games (LoL is a casual game imo, its pretty accessible for the most part), most flash games (and yes, I know SMB born from a flash game thus why the "most").
Core - Games that require time and a little patience, normally complex both in narrative as/or in gameplay, offer a challenge for the most part, requires us to involve profoundly on its gameplay in order to beat it i.e. RPGs, FPS, HnS, TPS, etc etc

And what say you about browser based games, like these?
Are they counted as PC games too?
Because if yes, then true,we could say PC has more casual games, there are infinite numbers of browser games around.Although I never saw anyone raise that point, don't know if SW considers them games that can be used in debates...
Dont know bout SW but yes, I do count them as PC games They're games, wich you can only play on PC so technically they should be counted. I always thought when PC gamers said PC has more games then the 3 consoles combined, they were: 1) or counting with previous gens games or 2) counting these browser kind of games. Cause this gen alone, if you dont count FB and browser games I dont see PC having more games... I can be wrong cause I never counted them but I honestly dont see it, especially when XBLA has pretty much the same (if not more) indie titles as PC
*sigh*
Without numbers,I think this is not getting us anywhere. It's also highly debatable should browser-based games be counted as PC games,or should only titles that can be run locally count?
Then also, can we assume all of those browser-based games are "casual" by deffault?
Many of them could have apects like challenge, patience requirments,etc...
We can only assume here, and what's the point in that?
This is a dead end,honestly...
