Yes, I'm sure being released almost three years later on a different platform had *nothing* to do with the lackluster score... the storyline was frustrating, but let's get real here, the Xbox version deserved a 7.0? Are you nuts? Halo CE on the PC got a worse score too - you're throwing it onto a different platform where the controls just aren't as tight, the storyline is, at that point, uninteresting (reviewers have seen it before), the gameplay has become dated, and the multiplayer isn't the same furious furor it was on Xbox LIVE...

It's not the same game that fanatics are playing on the Xbox, and that's reflected in the review score.

i'm just curious how this effects lemmings in any way. yes the pc version got a 7.0 but the last time i checked the xbox version got a 9.4. using your logic if the ps3 gets a crappy port of a good 360 game then it hurts lemmings too. think about it.

I agree too, this is really really just getting weird now. It seems Cows hate Halo so much or are so jealous of not having it maybe that they bash it as much as possible even if it means you don't make sense or make any kind of logical statements.

I mean if this 7.0 is ownage with it being a PC title then I guess from now on Bioshock and Mass Effect etc.. and those games on PC/360 should be consider overall exclusive to Lemmings since Halo 2 on PC getting a 7 is somehow ownage for Lemmings

The Xbox version should had received an AA at maximum imo. Multiplayer was great, sure, but campaign was the heart of the game, and Bungie didn't deliver well enough there. 

Actually, nobody got obliterated.

Hermits have a 7.0 game which they didn't hype, and is technically superior to the 9.4 version of 3 years ago.

Lemmings shouldn't need to defend a game when it ports 3 years later on a more demanding platform.

Wondering whats the point of buying halo 2 on pc if you already have the game on xbox. Only reason i can see ppl playing halo 2 on PC if they never played it on xbox or dont a xbox/360. It sucks that the pc version was a bad port but oh well what can you do. stuff happens.

and as per my edit you read the review, Sound and cutscenes aren't the only problems mentioned in the review, My critique is still valid, He is comparing the pc version released what 2 years after the xbox version to the original versions score and saying the lemmings got owned.

As well if halo 2 doesn't hold up? why is it still one of the highest played games on xbox live? it obviously must stand up in some capacity for it to log something like 50,000 game hours a day played.
