I personally think Samus by FAAAARRRRR. Master Chief needs everyone to kick ass, but Samus is a lonesome bounty hunter (well, not really in fuision and prime 3). And just look at all her weapons, plus she is a girl,a man cannot hurt woman:D

Samus is alot stronger than master chief. Her armour and weapons were created by the most advanced species in the galaxy. She was given chozo blood which gave her super human abilities. Also while she is younger than master chief that doesn't mean that she wouldn't be as good at her job as he is. Shes wiped out several species,and planets. She has fought in many battles most of them on her own.

I don't care if Master Chief can live forever and has fought in 10,000 battles. He still wouldn't stand a chance.

Samus is plenty good at her job. She anihillated an entire race of powerful aliens, the metroids, in Metroid 2. She has repeatedly defeated the Space Pirates, whose ground forces are definitely rival to the Covenant, and whose most powerful troops can match whole battalions of the Chief's enemies.

She is more powerful. She has a missle launcher on her arm, and can take tens of missiles herself, while Master Chief nearly dies to a frag, and is killed by a single rocket. She has tons of different vision modes, which let her see in darkness and through walls. She can shoot through those walls as well. With those abilities alone, she would destroy the Chief.

Master Chief simply does not have the power to beat Samus, regardless of his experience on the field of battle.
