The light! It burns!
However, Wii players, if IGN indicates anything, may get a good experience (though similar to the PS2) with the *****ic controller (hope you know what word I censored).
It's the exact same as the PS2 version, just the Wiimote controls are bad.
You can still use classic controls and gamecube controlers.

so to get the same gaming experience as the ps2 which came out years ago and costs half the price of the wii you think they should buy ANOTHER controller ? LOL
[QUOTE="MetroidPrimePwn"]I don't get it. How is this ownage?molinexif you don't get it then you don't belong id SW;)
I don't get it. Some game that most sheep don't even know was ported to the Wii scored lower than the PS2 version. Big whoop.

yeah and when your playing a game on a "next gen" system like the wii only called so for its controller but have to use a last gen gamecube controller with last gen gamecube graphics you are in fact playing a LAST GEN GAME
it made re4 betterwell the motion sensing controller supposed to make games better isn't?;)
so the Wii version should be at least equal or better since it is new generation system.
don't you sheep brag about your revolutionary controller ?

Let's just throw out all the games that uses it well. Seriously, fanboys, you try too hard.

[QUOTE="molinex"]it made re4 better It really all has to do with if the devs actually tried or not. These particular devs didn't try to hard but does it matter? Has anyone ever heard of this game?well the motion sensing controller supposed to make games better isn't?;)

not really, easier and less immersive with the reticle. i really prefer the gamecube version the most
"But before we really get started, we're going to come out and make things as clear as possible: if you own a Classic Controller, you might as well stop reading this article and hop over to the PS2 review instead, because if you're fortunate enough to have the controller handy, you'll be having virtually the exact same experience that PS2 owners are having with the game, and it's a great experience."
That's terrible... Terrible indeed...
A traditional fighter like GGAC that was designed around the PS2 controller doesn't work perfectly on the Wiimote nuchuck combo... who would have guessed. XD

[QUOTE="hamstergeddon"]so? I didn't even know this game was coming out. Nobody cares about it. A game nobody cares about flopping is much better than a game everybody cares about flopping (lair, HS, BD, etc)excelR83

The BadThe controls soften the difficulty level a bit
Seems like more of a plus to me...

seems like the controlls made it easier just like he was saying.
Like he said, you want a "revolutionary" experience? Then the dev had better design for it. But the fact is they did not for this case and instead stuck to the old controller system. And no, just because a controller is "revolutionary" doesn't mean everything it touches automatically turn to gold especially when it's obvious people aren't putting in the effort at all.yeah and when u use that other controller and are playing a last gen game equal to a ps2 game where is this so called revolution? its a "great experience" yeah for last gen...if that game came out on ps3 or 360 like that you'd see 6age

"The Good" is more of a plus than "the Bad" is a negative. If GS says the controls make RE4 worth playing again, then who cares if it's a tad easier? Play it on hard...
