[QUOTE="Rocky32189"][QUOTE="CronoSquall"] Hey guys! Remember when Metroid Prime 3 came out and changed the way we play FPS games on console FOREVER?

MP3 isn't an FPS, but it did have better controls than every console FPS to date.
No, it really didn't. The basic act of turning and shooting at the same time was cumbersome and unintuitive. When everyone was holding PERFECTLY still and in my line of sight, yeah, good times. Turning, moving, jumping, and shooting all at once though? BLERGH, controls am suck. MP3 was actually one of the games that made me sell my Wii. Besides the fight with Ridley falling down that huge pit, which was rad beyond belief but helped by the fact that he was, as I said above, directly in my line of sight at all times, it was a massive let down, and was virtually forgotten by even hardcore Wii fans within a week of release.
Because those "outdated" shooters like COD4 and Orange Box, both vastly superior games, had just come out as well.
Actually I found jumping turning, moving and shooting at the same time, very well handled by MP3... I could actually do it, where in most games It's hard to do antying but move in a stright line (in any one direction) and shoot... I was moving liek crazy and shooting in MP3...
