Should I trade ps4 for an Xbox one?

I currently have a PlayStation 4 but all my friends have an Xbox One. I really like my Ps4 but I do miss playing with other people. I find the PlayStation controller more comfortable compared to the Xbox controller. I really only play sports games so exclusives don't really matter to me. Please state your opinion and why you think that

Oh, to be fair, that's a pretty good reason. I'd say if most of your friends are on the Xbox One that would be a good reason.

And if it's just for sports games, it really doesn't matter which console you have. Go where your friends are.

Anyways, given the fact that you don't care about exclusives and all your friends are playing on X1, you should do the trade.

@plynch41197: Sure, if you want hundreds of less games, and worse performing multiplats, do it. You already posted you don't care for exclusives, it's about multiplats that you play and the PS4 has far more multiplats than the Xbone. Regarding sports, the highly acclaimed MLB: The Show is a Sony 1st party title, you would also be giving that up if you play Baseball games.

I use my launch 2013 Xbone for exclusives.

Regarding friends, I have over hundreds of friends on both platforms. You shouldn't let your friends dictate your direction.

If I only ever played games with my real life friends I would be stuck playing the same couple of PC games over and over again. It's good to be able to have a group of people you can play with on whatever system you want regardless if you know them in real life or not.

My platform choice is the PS4 this gen; however if your only in it for multiplats and all your friends have the Bone, you would probably be happier on that platform.

But if you only want one console TC, and as you have said sports games and playing with friends matters more than particular exclusive libraries then yes, get what your friends have.

The first part of your post is your typical upset Xbot drivel, my post was factual.

The PS4 has hundreds of more games, and the Xbone plays the multiplats worse (and that's for the multiplats that do release on the Xbone).

I use my xbone for exclusives. That's not drivel, it's what I use my launch 2013 Xbone for.

That said, we do agree about friends. I have friends on all the platforms (PC is fragmented across Blizzard, Origin, Steam, etc, Wii U, Xbox, Playstation, handhelds, etc) for a reason.

Where you a 360 owner who believed the hype about the PS4?

If the majority is sport games then might as well trade in your ps4. You could probably then get money and get an EA Access account for xbox one and be in ea sports heaven. Then you also have the exclusive legends in fifa that you can't get on PS4.

I don't deny the facts you listed in regards to more games/better multiplat performance on PS4. But telling someone to get new friends when he clearly states he misses playing with these particular friends is a bit stupid imo. He can and I would hope get new friends playing anywhere. But he clearly misses playing with the ones he has.
