When you subtract -0.5 points from any wii game, you are actually adding0.5 points to the actual score. Hey look super Mario Galaxy got a 10. Good. It deserves it. :D

Also, BTW, they should count. It would be riduiculously stupid for them not to count.:|

Well lets see. Pro evo soccer for the wii out-scored the PS3 and 360 version because of inferior controls.

An assortment of mini games shouldn't get more than 8.0 imo.

The fact is it just can't compare with other 8.0 games really. I mean, lets say we were to give MGS4 a 9.0 (10 is ridiculous).

How could Wario Ware even compare?

You should read that article about the rating system.

Review standards change deppending on genre. For a mini-game collection, Wario Ware is a 9 game.

Thay don't mean that WW is better than Tales of Vesperia, they just mean that WW is a better mini-game collection than ToV a RPG.

Wow, lot of hate here. Are you fanboys still hurt over the fact that SMG, a technologically inferior, "immature", and nonviolent game beat your precious Halo 3, COD4, Mass Effect, Orange Box, Crysis, and Assassin's Creed?

An AAA is AAA regardless. If a technologicaly inferior but superiorly innovative underdog can go toe to toe with the big guys and win, it deserves to.

Almost any game that is on PC as well as consoles. For instance, CoD4 runs 1024x600 on consoles, while it can run 1080p with 4xAA on PC. Also the PC version allows for up to 32 players while the 360 is capped at 16. And the keyboard/mouse setup is more accurate.

This is based on how good your computer is, though. PC games are reviewed onthe hardware that most people have, right?

no. they are reviewed as the way the game was meant to be played. meaning maxed or really high settings. anything else isnt what the developers intended to be played even if you get away with it on low or medium (scalability = more sales and just more people get to experience it)
