The PS5 controller is undoubtedly one of the coolest things about the PS5 so far. I've been playing Resident Evil 8 (just beat Lady Dimitrescu!) and you can feel the difference in the guns from using the adaptive triggers. You can't spam the shotgun, when you pull the trigger you have to let go to use it again. And the triggers make you feel that to great effect. It feels weighty as if you were using the real thing. Same idea with the sniper rifle. When you aim, you can feel the pull from the trigger. It's great! There are other nice touches here and there like the use of the light to display the color of your health. And I've seen features like this used by other games as well. In Returnal, there's good use of the controller mic. You can hear your gun as it recharges. Overall, it seems like the DualSense is a big hit and I can see developers continuing to use the features. So that begs the qustion..Should/will Xbox update their controller to compete with DualSense? It seems like they played it too safe this gen. Thoughts, SW? Do you agree?
