A sandbox game with a really good story? That doesn't happen often.

Well, it has *a* story. I dunno about being good. The protagonist is kinda an ass. He beats up a drunk guy for standing in his way when he's trying to take a picture.

well i meant better than most sandbox games which, granted, isnt that high of a bar. i really like wei, hes a complicated man :P

this game looks fantastic on pc cranked up despite the ATi propaganda. the only thing that needs work is the animations, some of them are really bad.

yea some of the animations, especially the facial animations, are kinda bad but the world itself looks pretty damn good on pc

I'm just going to wait for it to go on sale. It looks like a good game, but not one that I want to spend $60 on at this time. Especially with Guild Wars 2 and Borderlands 2 right around the corner.

Good score, hopefully the PC version is a good version as well.tagyhag

The PC version is fantastic so far, though I didn't play it for too long.

You can download a separate high-res texture pack so the game looks very detailed. It has multi-monitor support from the get-go, which just makes the game even more awesome. DX11 effects. And one thing I particularly like, it detects what control scheme you're using and changes the tool-tips for that. Some multiplats I need to unplug my 360 controller just to get keyboard game hints on screen instead of 360 buttons.

I'm having difficulty with it recognizing the Xbox controller (playing PC version), but re-starting Steam seems to work. Aside from that annoyance, I love the game. It's really fun to have a game set in Hong Kong. I love the music, the acting and story feel really authentic, and the fighting and driving are the best I've seen in a GTA style sandbox game.
