Perhaps your expectations are severely unrealistic.

Is that a current gen game? Dog gameplay looks fun, but it went over the top cheesy when the dog jumped into that building and door exploded then went to slowmoe so you can shoot the bad guys.

No, they aren't. When you see announcements about next gen games, it's perfectly reasonable to expect something new which leaves an impression how gaming is moving forward.

No, they aren't. When you see announcements about next gen games, it's perfectly reasonable to expect something new which leaves an impression how gaming is moving forward.

Yawn, it's a first generation title. Remember 1st generation games on Xbox 360? They were like Xbox games, but in 720p. Really didn't get a game changer until Gears of War a year later. But anyway, the game looks nice. Not revolutionary (Find it comical that you demand it must be so) but certainly good.

No, I expect nothing revolutionary, especially now at the beginning of the gen. I only expect something new, but CoD completely dropped the ball. I really hope to see something interesting now at E3, else, this may be one boring gen...

Despite being a "lemming" as you guys call it I'm 90% sure I'm going with PS4 this gen (But I have to find some kind of solution for that controller) and I don't agree. Killzone looks good but BF4 is some of the most impressive looking game footage I've seen so far (But what I watched was running on a thousand dollar AMD 7990, lol).

Meh, everything I've seen mentioned in this thread so far; COD:Ghosts, BF4, Killzone, etc., they all look good.

the whole dog idea is super dumb.

all you are doing is putting your twelve thousand dollar dog in the line of fire and removing your ability to supress and use explosives if you need to use them.

you use dogs to sniff out the enemy and alert when they detect them.

they are for scouting, not attacking.

it's so transparent that at some point the dog will die and be used to try and inject some emotion into the story.

It looks like a cross gen Call of Duty game running on an outdated engine. We already knew that's what the game was, don't know what you guys were expecting. Still, cutting edge graphics haven't been CoD's strength for a long time, it will have a slick, accessible multiplayer mode which is all CoD fans really want.

Not a series that interests me, but I'm sure CoD players will be ok with it.

Fair enough. But still, with that kind of hardware specs this-gen consoles offer, I think that at least we could expect are better graphics, better level design and more innovation.

Wow that looked awful. The levels are more linear than last generation. There doesn't seem to be any risk factor with the dog. The guard just ran away from it and it was also able to push three guys out of a door lol! If you buy this crap you're a mug. biggest_loser

Dog was so awesome indeed, i can watch the dog take 3 armed grown men by itself, then dog blows up the door, and slow down time so I can easily shoot the bad guys! Super awesoem dog, yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhh!

To the people complaining about it being generic: What exactly can you add to a modern military shooter to make it "fresh"? You pretty much just point and shoot in most FPS anyway...Battlefield 4 will be pretty much the same, except for graphics and vehicles. lonewolf604
