Maybe some people enjoy them, like me?[QUOTE="Michael0134567"][QUOTE="Trail_Mix"]
Why they even bother with single player I'll never know.

You seem a bit unsure of yourself.
Nah, I'm pretty sure.To the people complaining about it being generic: What exactly can you add to a modern military shooter to make it "fresh"? You pretty much just point and shoot in most FPS anyway...Battlefield 4 will be pretty much the same, except for graphics and vehicles. lonewolf604They could stop releasing call of duty for 1 or 2 years, obviously this would not make cod fresh but it would really be a great way of dealing with the frenchise fatigue. In the meanwhile they could try doing a new IP.

Gameplay wise it seems as boring as 3's singleplayer was. I'm surprised so many people play BF3. Let me quote someone "when I get into a tank or airplane or chopper it just becomes a different ball game for me".....No chit, at that point its not even an fps game any more.
My god, this franchise just has to die. Can't wait to see M$ waste half an hour of their press conference on this shit.
typical of a cod game really. Seems like you are forced into using the dog at set points. So when they come across the cars blocking the area, they need to use the dog who auto jumps over it and then instant kills enemies with throat rip out. Doesn't seem to be a limit on the dog aside from killing the baddies in the area. Then of course the humans are warped to a new location and ready for a reverse breach. The dog dragging 4 enemies out of the room is incredibly stupid.
The sonar, cover, sonar, cover followed by the hand held torpedo launcher was quite awful.
You don't have to play it.My god, this franchise just has to die. Can't wait to see M$ waste half an hour of their press conference on this shit.

not game so far shown looks *next gen* at all..only BF4 reveal offered that.[QUOTE="Tessellation"][QUOTE="Shottayouth13-"]Doesn't look 'next-gen' at all, but the gameplay looks refreshing enough.Vatusus
This was more impressive to me than Battlefield 4. But since you're a lem, of course you would never agree
Watch in 1080p for full glory and be jelly

Shit, at least that had more actually gameplay then both of those CoD Ghost Dog videos..
The "underwhelmingness" of the Ghosts gameplay is completely  expected.  It's a game designed for both current and next gen platforms...meaning it's basically designed for current gen systems and they'll throw a few special effects on the "next gen" versions.
Â
We won't see any substantial improvements until we games designed ONLY for next next platforms that aren't limited by current gen (read: ancient) tech. Â
Â
It's also my fear about Destiny. Â Bungie is without a doubt an amazing developer with 2 decades of amazing FPS games under their belt. Â Even so, there is only so much you can do with the ancient PS3 and Xbox 360 hardware. Â I really hope they didn't have to make too many design sacrifices in order for the game to work on the old systems. Â
Â
On the other hand, it's possible that they designed potentially 2 separate games entirely. Â One for this gen, and another for next gen. Â Bungie has so much money and I'm willing to bet Activision was willing to do just about anything to secure that partnership with Bungie. Â Let's hope!!!

Then BF3's engine got passed around to MOH Warfighter (only modified)...two sucktacular poor excuses of a FPS.
Considerable graphical increase over the previous Call of Dutys, but its still Call of Duty so...yeah.

You are still in first person perspective and are able to shoot while inside/driving a vehicle. What you said makes absolutely no sense.
It's Call of Duty, it doesn't need to be innovative, it doesn't need to be fresh, it doesn't even need to be interesting. Everyone already knows what to expect going in. Either you enjoy it or you don't. Fans of the games get exactly what they want out of it, and everyone else can ignore it.
Cant wait!!!! Day 1 on PS4 and PS3

You're going to buy it on two systems?
that poor dog is so dead.BrunoBRS
Dog lives, everyone else dies. Final mission plays like a slasher-stealth game except with a f***ing dog out for blood. It'll be chill.
Just look at how badass he is and tell me he's still gonna die.

I'm pretty sure tech has nothing to do with the orders and the 'tour guiding' that slowed the pacing to a crawl.

Yup, the best and most fun FPS in gaming history deserves to be bought not only on one system but two!.. play with new people on PS4 and play with old friends ( who are very cheap to get a PS4 ) on PS3.
( if most of my friends end up getting a PS4 then i wont bother with getting a PS3 version, i'll sell few games towards CoD:Ghosts so i wont be paying anything to begin with, EBgames deals ftw )
BF4 is a plate of dogshit lightly peppered with dingleberries. Just like that horrible game you're hyping in your sig, Metro- The Last flop lmfao.I have to say it looks interesting, but not as good as BF4 :P
Ballroompirate
I really like the almost non-existent gameplay both those videos showed us and the unoriginal scripted moments with slow motion. I mean, they look even more try-hard and cheap then the last Call of Duty game. Reminds me of EA's modern military shooters. Very impressive.

10/10 GOTY for sure.
