who cares about a high def movie player be it bluray or HD-DVD. You make it sound like either are in high demand...they arent so there really isnt any need to force it upon someone and bring up the price of the console even more when both futures for these formats are still uncertian.

I have not seen a single one on the shelves since December, and I can't find any place online where you can get it. It's pretty rare. Plenty of 60GB models though!

hmmmm. I know 360 is about choices and all. but come on you 360 fanbois cant keep complaining about ps3 price anymore.

 

Oh and the 479 dollar model still doesnt even have wi-fi.(which is 100 dollars more).

exactly, you don't have to get the uber 360. You can get a normal one a still get games that look better then anything on the PS3. :D

And besides shooters, there's SC: DA, DOA4, Dead Rising, Enchanted Arms, and upcoming titles like Lost Odyssey, Blue Dragon, and Fable 2.

there is no $500 PS3 anymore. it's not like anyone stocks them. we mine as well start talking about the PS3 in terms of ONLY the $600 model. As such, the PS3 is pretty much $120 more than the most expensive 360.Dreams-Visions

you're still play rfom because there's nothing else worth playing on the ps3. and don't say motorstorm or gthd because motorstorm flopped and gthd is a demo. the rest of use are playing crackdown and graw 2.
