3DS is still a better buy. Better and mroe games and no ridiculous overpriced memory cards. 

I own a Vita, but the most exciting thing about it is the whole PS4 streaming. Other than that I don't really care.

Outdated in terms of hardware i mean ( seriously does it even have a friends list or voice chatting? ) and man just because you fap to eevry game the 3DS gets dosent mean everyone do the same thing, the only game that 3DS has that i think is worth playing is Pokemon X hence why i been wanting one so bad lately cuz the game looks so good and cant stop getting nostalgia from it, a 3DS for me would be a pokemon player only.

It won't change anything. The Vita needs more original games. All it's getting is downgraded ports from consoles, nobody wants that and the Vita sales prove it.

Sony will move more Vitas, but it still won't come close to 3DS sales. That's why you should actually surround your system with games and people will buy it. 

Wouldn't be surprised if the XL had a small price cut though.

Some people expect the 3DS to go down in price because of this. I lol because Nintendo owns like 80% or more of the market. The Vita isn't even on their radar.

That has nothing to do with it, if you have 10 folders of 10 you still can't play another game. If you put a game in or try to install a game it will say you hit your 100 app limit and not let you. Also if you delete a games icon it wipes the games save.

If they have 1 icon in it yes. I have 14 folders with a total of 100 icons in them. If I download a demo or a game or put a game in it will not load.. what is hard to understand about that?

You can't.. that is the problem. If you have 100 icons it doesn't matter how they are split up.. if they are all on their own or in folders. It will not let you do anything to bypass the 100 limit.
