So when will the 360 get its first AAAAE

As the title suggests. In your opinion which 360 exclusive will score a prime 10 here at GS?

Face it though, my ps3 has MGS4. Not to sound absurd, but after that, I won't touch it for quite a while

The 360 more than makes up for it. In fact, with soo many rpg's and FF13 multiplat, I could care less if the the 360 ever gets a 10.

And besides, though multi plat, 360 got GTA4. I don't hitnk it's a 10, but o well. Its good

Well, I wouldn't call MGS4 or GTAIV "radically different". Just well-polished and well-made games (though this is debatable for one of these games). I, for one, feel as though GS's new rating system is far more conducive to 10's than the old one, so we *will* see more of them; MGS4 and GTA4 shall not be the only ones of the next year or two.

Becoming more serious here: MGS4 and GTA4 don't deserve 10s. They're good, but it was the luck of the draw for them.
So I'd say it's more based on luck.

I don't think it'll happen. GS is probably going to start restricting the perfect scores again, Gamespot enjoys it's status as one of the toughest review sites, they'll lose that reputation if they keep handing out 10s.

But Gears2 has the best chance.

Please remember that this forum is SYSTEM WARS, not Console Wars. If a console game goes to PC it's not exclusive.

He's talking console exclusive. Besides Gears was a timed exclusive.

I think that both GTAIV and MGS4 deserved very high scores, but not 10s. I'm a sony/MGS fanboy but I think GS felt an obligation to give MGS4 a 10 because of GTAIV's perfect score (which probably had something to do with the advertising they spent here on GS)

pc isnt hurting the 360 ms is hurting the 360 by publishing there games not just on the 360 but on the pc.

We dont hide behind it we owned one. We bought a high end PC so we can play all the good 360 games without having to buy a 360:)

Which version did you play? I bought it for 360 and then purchased it for my PC and the visual improvement was pretty awesome. The controls also felt a bit more natural for me with the mouse/keyboard setup. There were a lot of very small improvements plus 5 new missions and they all added up to make a big difference on PC, so how was it worse then the 360 version?

And uh... Thereby, The Pc is hurting the 360 when was the last time the 360 outsold in worldwide monthly sales the Wii ? Or the Ps3 for that matter? Maybe some gamers feel that the 360 is waste of money since many of its good games end up ported to pc.

i have heard that is so easy with KB and mouse that you rarely need to take cover which is pretty much the point of the game...that means that Epic didn't adjust the AI at all

Not everyone. While I am on a pc now, I was here for YEARS on the Sega Saturn web browser, then the Dreamcast web browser, then the PSP browser.

But more to the point, do you know what people buy for computers? As a recent PC salesperson, I can tell you that 75% of PC sales are for whatever bundle Best Buy, Circuit City, or the like put's in their ad for $499 with a monitor, and printer included. In other words, nothing anywhere near able to play a game. Secondly, most PC's bought are owned by people who barely know how to turn them on. It's a well known industry reality, that maybe people outside the industry aren't aware of. The worst thing about selling PC's is having to teach people how to use them.

Edit: Also kinda funny to add that I STILL don't own a PC. The one I am on was provided by my job. I keep thinking about buying one, but then I realize I don't need one with all the functionality of other devices now.

While true for "system wars ownage", it doesn't mean much in the real world. When debating between a ps3 & 360, people are not saying "well, I can play some of those 360 games on PC". Of course, I am talking in general. But then, the main debating point people use is as simple as "what do most of the people I know game on?". If that person is in the US, that system is most likely a 360.

So what? just like when lemmings said they were going to buy FFXIII for the 360, the fact all 360 games can be played on PC affects the 360 badly since people could just get them on their PCs, no need to buy a 360. While PS3 its exclusives stay exclusive and the only way to play is buying a PS3.

Yes but lets assume everyone on sw does have one.

My original point was that it aint exclusive if on PC as well. Thats important here because it can no longer be used as a reason to own a system.

Lets assume everyone does own a pc. Is it a gaming rig? How many peoples pc can run gears. I know mine cant. Dosent matter anyway it is a reason to own a system even if it does come to pc it will be in 2010, and be old news to us 360 gamers. Just like last time. The only reason hermits care is to degrade the 360, the bashed gears when it went to pc last time.
