Sony showed off tons of new, and really great looking game. None of them were just boring cover based shooters or military shooters.
Oh yeah I forgot, if it's not a linear corridor shooter with cutscenes that break up the game ever 5 minutes, System Wars thinks it's indie trash.
Quoted for the effin' truth.
Sony without a doubt
MS got rekt
Who rocked the house?
Microsoft rocked the house!
I said who rocked the house?
Microsoft rocked the house!
WHO ROCKED THE FUCKIN HOUSE?
That's right.
Great show from my brothers. My blood is a little greener today.
you should check that checked.......you may have blood poisoning
I believe the word you are looking for is "get."
hahaha sorry, it's been a bit of a long day at work :P
PC gamers.
Yep...I sure heard a lot of "Coming first to consoles on..." and "Timed exclusive"
I bet TB comes to PC but not PS4.
Just keeps showing PC + WiiU is all i need fo this gen. However, MS showed competition is great for the consumer.
HAHAHAHAHA! You fool.
Moneyhatting is good now?! GTFO
What the **** do you think Sony's been doing
Then Sony is as bad as MS. But nice proof btw...
Thinking moneyhatting is great for the consumer is the biggest BS I've heard here.
Sony should games that they are either developing or in relationships orthers who are developing. MS showed they will try to "buy" their way into success.
Sony won.
Didn't Sony announce more exclusives?
Did they? MS only announced 2 (ScreamRide and TR which will likely be timed), the rest was just "first to console" stuff.
I didn't watch it bud, I'm at work. So just going by people here. But sounds like they did lol

Sony won.
yeah, that TB shit was an illegal blow. M$ just want to ruin gaming for everyone that doesn't has an xbone and then people say that competition is good. If it weren't for M$ I bet nobody would be paying to play games online either.
Sony without a doubt
MS got rekt
Hellblade is not exclusive
Sony.
Loved Quantum Break, but Sony actually had new stuff to show. Quite interested in that stuff, too.
How can anyone say Sony won when the "megaton" announcement was Tomb Raider is not going to be on the PS3/4, and the best the PS4 got was some exclusive indies?
Aka new, interesting gameplay experiences.
This indie debasing has to die down, it's not like they're fucking flash games or XBLA toolkit shit, they are legitimate games.
If you think Sony had the better show you either really, really like indies or are in denial. MS presented everything in a clear defined manner, they had time for indies but it didnt take over the whole show. Sony showed next to no AAA gameplay, didnt really have a showing from any of their big exclusives (uncharted 4), they fumbled along in an awkward manner with no clear direction and ultimately some of the most anticipated titles like driveclub ended up looking terrible due to the presentation. Also, the half A$$ed info on PSNow didnt help smooth things over.

So last gen it was all about "AAA, big budget exclusives" and even for the last months cows mock PC for it's indies games, and how the PS has Naughty Gods and TLOU, but now indies are simply amazing.
Salty? Yeah, you're really salty
I saw more diversity in the lineup from Sony, but honestly they were pretty close in what they brought to Gamescon overall, so let's call it a tie.
MS had it won with the TR "exclusive" announcement, but then they let themselves be interviewed and revealed it all to be PR speak, so pretty much money down the toilet there...

This comes to mind, lol.

Although sony is guilty of this kind of misleading PR as well
When the poll is so close here in SW you know MS won.
Indeed.
SW is like 80% Cows.
Damage control!
@SolidTy: So timed exclusivity again? I really wish MS would just spend that money on new games.
Yeah, it would be nice if M$ did spend their money on making more games, but that's riskier than taking a very popular franchise and buying timed deals.
They prefer to take less risks and shelf the competitions multiplats for set periods which ultimately leads to less games on the market. Crystal Dynamics was working on TR this whole time, this game was going to release from SE. Now money has changed hands and the game is still releasing but now for a single platform in 2015.
It's a shame that money didn't fund a new IP or went towards the creation of a new 1st party game, but buying Super Popular franchises for a set time seems pretty effective in short bursts to sell a few consoles, it's cheaper than making a new game, and it costs less as the publisher is free to port the game after the timed exclusivity wears off.
@SolidTy: So timed exclusivity again? I really wish MS would just spend that money on new games.
He has no idea. The only announcement made is "Xbox exclusive". He's hoping it's timed exclusive; which by Sony fan logic, that means it is timed exclusive.
I am sure Sony fans b*tched to high heaven when Sony went out and bought a bunch of studios (Naughty Dog) and games (Demon's Souls).
Microsoft won.
Don't get me wrong, both where poor, but Sony did what they always do at Gamescon and went almost exclusively Indie (and most we had see at E3), there was no Uncharted or any other big first party announcements. Microsoft at least showed of some of there big upcoming exclusives, even if we saw most of them at E3.
Microsoft mainly won though because of there gameplay session for Quantum Break, and the announcement that Rise of the Tomb Raider is exclusive (we'll see how true this holds in time, but for now we only know it's coming to Xbox One, though I'm thinking there'll at least be a PC port later next year).
Personally though I wanna know how long Sony thinks they can keep running on Indie games? Yeah Indie games are nice to fill in the gaps between releases of major titles, but it's almost a year since the PS4 launched and aside from Infamous Second Son, the only major exclusives are still the release day titles (i'm not counting TLoU because it's not a PS4 exclusive), and with the exception of Uncharted 4, there's not much on the horizon either.
