There are 9 companies who have signed up with PRISM and sony IS NOT ONE OF THEM.

You need to work on your reading comprehension there a little bit, show me where I said they would be "recording a constant stream from every Xbox all the time," all I said was they do have the resources in place to spy on you if they'd like (I am paraphrasing of course.)
