I think the problem is personality crysis

I was a HUGE PS1-2 fan, i must have played FF7-9-10 at least 4 times each or more

The problem is that PS3 is not i any way PS1-2, they are the exact opposite, they have nothing in JRPGs, while 360 has Lost Odyssey

360 came and got all WRGPs like xbox and all JRPGs like PS1-2 and PS brand became obsolete and only has some random cut scene shooters for the casual market

I think real PS fans have either gone to 360 and the Sony fanboys are new to PS brand and would take anything they are given

Since when PS1-2 were about shooters like Uncharted ?

i would consider myself a ps3 gamer who has no interest in a 360 or even cares how successful microsoft is doing

I don't know why people take it way to seriously but it gets much worse when you start insulting people. Im a cow but I would never ever want MS is fail. I don't know why someone would like to see a company like Sony or Microsoft that directly or indirectly employees a lot of people fail. Not to mention these are technology companies ..... they changechanged the way we live. Imagine if the Windows PC never existed. Imagine if Sony never invented the transistor radio or the walkman and never lead Japan out of the ashes of WW2. This isn't the PS2 era where there was a clear difference of 10+ worthwhile games coming out for the PS2 for every 1 or 2 games on the Xbox and Gamecube. The PS3 is getting 1, maaaaaybe 2, games PER YEAR that the mainstream audience (99% of 360/PS3 owners) might care about. The 360, however, has the biggest exclusive of the year for that crowd, and has Kinect too.

There shouldn't be a surprise when the 360 sells better. It has more of what the mainstream audience actually wants.

It is indicative of the truth of the gaming industry. The high profile gaming experiences are often multiplat. The 360 plays them. Sometimes better performing than the PS3. Aside from me and one other soldier I know, nobody else on post knows or cares about the exclusive libraries that much. It's Madden, Batman, COD, Skyrim, GTA for the majority here. If that is a small indication of the consumer at large, it is easy to see and understand. We are passionate about gaming. We care about these things, most of the money earned in this industry is not from us. Those people dont care about the exclusive argument nearly as much.
