Xbox360 holds back PS3 with DVDs, yet completely discount that PC also uses DVD Xbox 360 = install game but have to still put in disks to access the content each time, PC = install using multiple disks and only need to use the first disk to play after install.

Halo:Reach had 200 million dollars in sales within 24 hours that would piss off any competitor.

GT5 is a popular game but it will not get sales like Halo and Killzone 3 will not either.

Microsoft exclusives are intended for the mainstream and they have alot more money than Sony.

The difference between a fan and a fanboy is a Fan has the mental capacity to compliment another console when they do well or play the other consoles great games if it appeals to them. However, they can still like the console they are a fan of more, but they need to be able to except when another console maybe does something better then what theirs does or be willing to give them props when they think they deserve it. However a Fanboy only thinks that his console is the best and that the other consoles cant do something their console does better. They will also not play any of the other consoles great games even if its a game genre that would appeal to them, however this isnt likely because a 360 fanboy isnt very likely to own a PS3 and vice versa.

I complain about things I think are wrong, inaccurate, or that I disagree with. When a Lemming makes a thread saying "The PS3 is Doomed" im going to jump in and say no it is not and that person is wrong. Partly because I am a fan of the console and partly because im a sane human being.

However, no one is immune to certain bias or fanboyish traits. I have been prone in the past to act a little this way, but thats only because we as humans really cannot be unbiased with things. We all have preferences wether we admit it or not. However, you need to have teh mental state to know when something else is good even if its not on your console. Like, I think Super Mario Galaxy is a well made game. Would I play it? No, because personaly I dont own a wii and I dont like 3-D Mario that much.

Nothing wrong with shooters, but let's look at Sony this gen: KZ, Resistance, Uncharted, MAG, Socom.SaltyMeatballs

Yeah, both console have alot of shooters. I think what their talking about is maybe that most of 360s Big selling or Big time Exclusives tend to be shooters, while PS3s top selling games and big time things tend to be a bit more spread out between genres. Also, 360 is considered the shooter box, but maybe not due to volume of games in taht catagory, but maybe because the controller is really good for Shooters.

Kiling Halo would be like trying to kill WoW. It's not happening anytime soon. Sony created those games to compete with Halo.

sounds like sour grapes because a certain ''shooter'' just made 200 million in one day for Microsoft.

Sony needs to look inward at themselves foR all the mis-steps they have made this gen and concentrate on getting out of last place instead of worrying about MS.
