Don't think of it as what it is and what it is not. We have Kinect and we have Fable, and we'll bring the two together.

Are you done with development on Fable III?
This is going to be released on PC and 360, they're going to be very close, 360 first though, a matter of days afterwards will be the PC version

So, they are timed exlcuisve to 360, that is huge news, thanks

On the PC, i wouldn'tcomment on18+ rated games and MS Kinect motion controller. I'll just let news media handle the hype.

Combining a camera that needs you to be at least 1.2 m (4 ft) to function at all and PC gaming does not seem particularly practical.

MOve is extremly complicated for the average user, Kinect is only one thing to buy, unlike Move that is a three part one or 4 part, or more if you want friends to play too

That is wh Kinect is vastly more pre-ordered than Move

If Kineci is on PC indeed, and PC developer start using it heavilly, then is game over for Move imo, since all PC games would be made with Kinect in mind

Accordign to MS's promotional footage Kinect needs like a 20'x20' space to play in so I doubt that it will get much use in the home office. Except for Japanese H games, at least.

Sounds more like a delay to me, It unlikely that will give it exclusivity of days.

Mobility shouldn't be an issue with gaming laptops.

It not a big news since an integrated Kinect type technology will be part of Windows 8.

The cost is dependant on the life of the product. For me, it's nearly zero after 2.5years.

I dont understand what you mean, you paid for the laptop, so the cost is not zero

And if i was to buy a gaming latop i would need 10x more than 149$ of 360

I use one of the tax breaks i.e. depreciation method.

On paper, the Move seems to be set up better to succeed. It's close enough to the Wii controllers to enable easy ports from 3rd party Wii titles and with the inclusion of the PS Eye, 3rd party Kinect games could be easily ported as well. In theory, this would give the Move a bit of a software advantage, but consumers can be fickle, and it's hard to say how things will shake out.

But its not like MS get royalties from the games or anything at all. They are much more like a publisher on the PC than the owner

How are they like a publisher ? They own the platform people game on, they are renting gamers their home to play in, than just rent it themselves (publishing on a platform)

MS owns Windows platform, do not just publish software for it

This isnt the place for this so ill end ill try to be more clear

PC gaming =/=Windows MS gets no money from games at all( that they dont publish)

in you're words MS are the utilities suppliers to the home that people play in.
