the 360 and ps3 controller are both good. you liking the 360 one most is just personal preferance. I like both.

also, having XBL wont make much difference to the games online play. it does not improve lag or anything. There are no shortege of games on the ps3 one. and since they are both the same game, the online lobby is exactly the same.

I guesd that the ps3 one is better if it looks better, but the difference between the 2 will be so small, it does not really matter.

though more devs should make games like this, I hate bad ports.

It looks and plays the freaking SAME on both 360+PS3, heck even the controls are similar!

etc. etc. They both look and play EXACTLY the same, CRAP!

I'm playing it on PS3 now. Its better than LIVE by far, i don't think i have actually lagged in the 2 days total i have played it.

For a shooter it did well on PS3, we all know that 360 owners have aggressive tendencies and simply must shoot something or its not AAA so no surprise the Halo fans in denial over Floplo 3 snapped up this game.

So, you call the GARBAGE looking PS3 version, ........................... better ????

Seems PS3 is out of RAM, when you have big COD4 like levels, better stick to the paths in Uncharted for good textures

Still, as strong as Call of Duty 4 is shaping up to be in the gameplay department, the most immediately impressive aspect is by far its graphics. The PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions all look surprisingly similar, but that's not due to one platform being the lead; Infinity Ward personally assured us that development occurred simultaneously on all three platforms, and that there wasn't a base system. With that said, the console similarities end when it comes to textures, lighting and resolutions, because those three areas make the PlayStation 3 version definitely excel over the Xbox 360 SKU. Regardless, every console owner will proudly use Call of Duty 4 to showcase their high-definition TV, because COD4 is by far the best-looking console game you will see this year.

Your so called credible article, is a preview of the game from long ago. Way to selectively pick the sources that cooperates your fanboyish views.

The two versions are very, very close, but as I said the ps3 uses more compressed (lower resolution) textures. You need a good eye/monitor to spot the difference.

Offline Folk : PS3 Version

Online Folk : 360 Version

Although, it should be noted, the Online experience of this particular game is the same. Also, it should be noted, I played both version's, and I don't see a difference, so if I have to hunt find a difference, it isn't a thread worthy topic.

The PS3 and 360 are capable, why don't we see more Wii graphics bashing threads, somehow we are bickering about pixels.

At least Halo 3 grenade throwing takes a bit of skill to throw or dodge. 1 grenade doesn't kill you unless you got stuck. And besides, the 3 main elements of Halo are: 1. Grenades 2. Melee 3. Shoot. They all go hand-in-hand. Warhawk is bad too imo, but many people love it. I'm playing Frontlines and Halo 3 online now, great games.

Well, you can have your opinion, but Warhawk got good reviews from all the sites, so calling it a BAD GAME is extremely harsh when real crap like Carnival Games, Red Steel, and others are million sellers on the Wii.

A Bad game is a glitch fest like Vampire Rain, Bubsy 3D, or that Cartoon Racing game at Wii launch, not Warhawk.
