Soooo, COD4 is superior on the PS3.

Xbox360 version is not differant from the PS3 version! They both the same! The only differance between the 2 version which makes any other better is the Xbox 360 version being worldwide servers while PS3 version has designated servers as i can only play people from Europe on CoD4 on the PS3.

Any post before hand saying which ever reason on why any version is better than another is total rubbish!

Of course it sold more on 360...it is a FPS. Now if FFXIII came to 360 as well, the PS3 version would blow the 360 version away in sales.

All of you guys are crazy. There is no difference between the two games. Heck, I say "two games" - IT'S THE SAME GAME JUST ON DIFFERENT SYSTEMS!!! They look the same, and if they dont, it's minor differences. Whoever said it looks better on the PS3, or better on the 360 is a fanboy of the favored system or just blind. They look the same, end of story.

I thought this thread might be because online the PSN is more solid than Xbox Live's P2P, but sadly it comes down to graphics, which are the same.

Still, as strong as Call of Duty 4 is shaping up to be in the gameplay department, the most immediately impressive aspect is by far its graphics. The PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions all look surprisingly similar, but that's not due to one platform being the lead; Infinity Ward personally assured us that development occurred simultaneously on all three platforms, and that there wasn't a base system. With that said, the console similarities end when it comes to textures, lighting and resolutions, because those three areas make the PlayStation 3 version definitely excel over the Xbox 360 SKU. Regardless, every console owner will proudly use Call of Duty 4 to showcase their high-definition TV, because COD4 is by far the best-looking console game you will see this year.

The two versions are very, very close, but as I said the ps3 uses more compressed (lower resolution) textures. You need a good eye/monitor to spot the difference.

Look at the Guages(mph, Etc.) they look way better on the 360 version they just look like a blur on the PS3 version IMO
