No question about it. And NO Forza 3 does not have to have the best graphics. It has had ave decent graphics the past 2 games and it was still the KING. And now it has upped it's graphics. Yet Forza 3 will maintain why it is CHAMP. For best gameplay physics damage model, unmathcedOnline and communtiy and upgrade features. And an insaine paint job feature. Oh wait Drag racing :shock:

So there you have it we all know it is the CHAMP. And will keep it's title belt with ease.

Its never been King of the Racers... There are very few Racing Sims out there ( only ones I can think of are Gran Turismo and the New Need For Speed Shift which I hear is a racing sim even though I've never played it) and GT holds the crown for Best Racing Sim..., sorryW1ckedGo0se

yeah lol you should also see how biased he is in his Forza3>>>>>>>NFS shift topic its actually laugh inducing, purely on the basis he thinks the physics were total garbage and only plaayed the demo for 15min going on bout various things and just reeked of pure fanboyism for Forza this topics the same and the bullshots just pretty much back my theory.

Cmon i ask you at least not post bullshots when we have seen its a good looking game but its been bested by NFS and Dirt 2 which are both multiplats :S cause Dirt2's graphics are just phenomenal.

If both games have their respective simulation modes on they will be more realistic.And besides GT5 looks like its evolved a lot from prologue and we cannot really comment on GT5 yet as its release is still 6months away do you have a time machine and came back saying its an arcade racer? seriously we cant comment fully on GT5 as most likely theres very few people on this board who have played a gamescon or TGS build of it.

I couldn't agree more with your post….The only thing I would disagree on is GTR....

Don't get me wrong GTR/2 is a fine game and spot on accurate.....but I feel Rfactor and iracing are the two battling for the most accurate..

What I really want is a new build for GTR3 that incorporates RTR…….This looks very promising andI look foward to how they apply thenew tech

Scored better on average? Forza has scored 92 and 90 on Metacritic. GT had scored 96 93 95 and 89 on the main games. Who's setting the standard?

Besides, scoring better on the whole does not mean every aspect is better. Forza's higher score than GT 4 could've been due to including online and painting, not necessarily that the driving physics were any better. It could also be due to the fact that GT 4 only added more to the series and didn't make any real gameplay advancements thus hurting its score.

Ok, that's a start. But I was hoping for a few pictures that you could actually see what was going on. It looks like the Porsche's(?) hood is bent up a little and there's a detatched rear bumper maybe from the ?(NSX?- hard to tell shaded out like that). This the extent?

Codemaster has had the exclusive F1 license for about 8 months now. F1 won't be in GT5. Codemaster has a F1 specific game coming out next year….All eyes are on them to not screw that up…

I hope they pull it off with flying colors...

Has anyone here ever played an earlier GT? They have all of those. Granted the physics when bumping into walls and cars isn't great. They had rally races, which accounts for terrain (they had snow and dirt) and weather (they had wet roads). And drag was one of things you worried about in the huge plethora of customization possibilties. You could seriously customize almost everything on the car.
