I doubt they'd be too offended by the gay jokes; South Park has a long, positive history within the gay rights community, with episodes like Big Gay Al's Boat Ride winning LGBT entertainment awards. If anything is going to cause offense, it'll be the abortion mini-game that wasn't censored in the American release.

How do they get these early copies? I always hear stories about "the such and such EB Games is selling them right now" garbage, but I'm curious. If they're industry insiders, isn't that incredibly stupid and risky for one's career?

You can get review copies of games if you have a decent enough following. A guy on GAF gets review copies of games and he only has 7k subs,still a decent amount, don't get me wrong, but I mean compared to heavy hitting review channels like say Rev3games it's pretty low. But he has good interaction with people and he's very active on GAF, Twitter and his channel so publishers see that and say "You know what, go ahead and review the game here's an early copy"

The guy who leaked it had 100k subs though so he should have bloody well known better. But of course the allure of getting more and more views and subs quicker than everyone else is all too strong and he likely caved thinking "the embargo's up in a few hours anyway".

@blue_hazy_basic: I just checked and Obsidian called Valve and had them up the release date to 12AM PST! At least, that's what I read on some forum after freaking out about your "just 20 more hours" post. Hope they're right and you're wrong! I wanna play SO damn bad...
