Also to your question about the RAM, it depends on whether you can prove MS is going to use DDR3. Right now it's all rumour and both companies have beefed up specs since finding out the competitions, except MS are tighter lipped about things. I'll be surprised if MS make no changes to specs before e3.

I don't think either of the consoles would be able to handle the engine, Maybe some low res, Low Poly, Aliasing and Blurred out version might do the trick.
