hmmm IDK i really liked Lost Odyssey and that didn't get really high reviews. I think RPGs have just developed higher standards than other genres over time.

Take an A off of that and it'll be accurate. It's very rare a game get's AAAA hype and KZ2 didn't.

True Story, I hope Star Ocean 4 is good! However I have to admit I have my doubts considering every JRPG square released on the 360 have been terrible, I don't think my wallet can take another hit considering this year is such a great gaming year. Don't let me down Star Ocean!

f you go by that rule (one guy hyping a game AAAA is AAAA hype for the game in SW) the only 2 games that had not flopped are GTA4 and MGS4

No kidding. I mean I liked LO, but Last Remnant and Infinite Undiscovery were huge let downs. Its been a terrible time for JRPG's this gen.
I guess the messiah of JRPGS for the 360 once again is going ot flop. when will the 360 ever get a JRGP that will not flop? all these exclusive JRPGS are floopping every where.

No? Then why are all of the cows going bat dung insane every time some site, or mag, gives it less than a perfect score? I'm serious. One some forums, I have not seen people act so crazy outside of an Asylum. Plus, I would take cows treating KZ2 as the second coming as hyping it AAAAE.

Skies of Arcadia was indeed an amazing game, one that should have a squeal. I would actually prefer it over VC:2 surprisingly.

Same reason why Lems went craxy when Gears 2 got a 9.0 instead of a 9.5 here. It wasn't until reviews came in that cows' faith in KZ2 was renewed. Prior to that it was AA-AAA range (it switched based off the previews.) It's only common sense that people would be hype for a game now that it's getting mostly AAA reviews. And even then, it's still AAA hype. Don't let those Lunchbox threads fool you.
