I also found these from the Wiki.
Heart of the Swarm
The campaign operates similarly to an RPG, in which Kerrigan is focused on increasing her personal power through mutations. Zerg armies protect her as she garners this power. The greater her power, the more zerg she's able to control. Like Wings of Liberty, the player will be presented with choices as to which missions to carry out and which units to get, but such choices won't be based on cash. Both the missions and their objectives are intended to be quite different from the ones featured in Wings of Liberty. She will instead worry about evolving the Swarm. The campaign will feature a branched storyline structure.
Legacy of the Void
The campaign will focus on Zeratul as its main character.
The protoss campaign will be based on diplomacy as the protoss factions splinter. The player will work with different protoss tribes and sects, helping leaders of some sects which will anger others. Using units from one side may preclude using units from the other side and alienating one or another sect may cut the player off from part of the campaign. The ultimate goal of the campaign is to unite the various tribes into a viable, unified force that can ensure the protoss' survival.
So each one will have a Twist to its campaign mechanic confirmed, and dont forget that these are Expansions. Once all three are installed, opening the game it will be a masterpiece at that point. And if you consider the FMV's a part of the campaign as they are "story" and if the next 2 have FMV's of the quality from Liberty, watching all the FMV's will be a beautiful work of art that will be better than most movies these days.
