I didn't buy any games, but I did buy the Killing Floor DLC pack for the DLC weapons, and also now I own all the skins in the game (other than the holiday unlockables).

I was hesitant at first, but meh. $10 extra dollars when I bought the original game for $5, and have played it for 187 hours, and still counting!

But see the beauty of Playstation is that Sony awards you the opportunity to pay $50 a year for PS+ to get still considerably worse deals than Steam.

the prices you stated are still SMH worthy compared to the prices i stated on steam.

I picked up Amnesia and Fallout 3: GOTY edition for $15 (together), so now I can sell my PS3 copy of FO3. I may pick up New Vegas as well since I never played it, and there are a couple other games that I may snag too. I have not decided whether or not I want to get Bioshock, since I have it for PS3 and never finished it because I got bored of it.Timstuff

Picked up Prototype for $5. I didn't like it back when I played it on PS3 but think back on it there were some things that were kind of cool. Figured for $5 I could give it another shot.

The Walking Dead is $12 at Gamefly vs. $15 on this sale, for anyone who wants it. It's a Steamworks game so you'll have the Steam copy either way.

Wish I had seen this earlier. Now look at me - a hobo with a digital copy of The Walking Dead and no roof to play it under.

bioshock not good good gunplay? its better gameplay than most FPS games, the fact that you can really pull some different types of strategy really elevate the gameplay compared to most shooters now a days.savagetwinkie

Bells and whistles aside, the guns and the basic act of shooting feel like crap.

Half the reason I used the wrench method was because I hated using all the guns.

Penumbra, I've heard, is second to Amnesia when it comes to horror games (made by the same guys).

Painkiller is just straight up old school FPS shooting, so if you like that then yah.

I got Killing Floor and a friend gifted me L4D and L4D 2. :3

God, i simply could not resist it. Bought L4D2, DeadLight, Penumbra Collection and Amnesia. They were so cheap.

L4D2 is one of my favorite games of this generation, but it sucks quite a lot of butt if you don't have friends to play with.

I mean you can play with randoms, but I swear 95% of the time I've tried to play (not much in the last year) I've been stuck with griefers.

Killing Floor has been my go-to coop shooter for a long time now. It's not as full-fledged as L4D2 as it only has horde mode, but I find it to be the most well-created horde mode of any video game ever made in just about every aspect of its design. And the best part is that if I want to play by myself it's incredibly rare to find people griefing.
