You should be supporting them anyway. The standalone thing won't go for much cheaper either cos of the success it's been getting
I haven't bought anything. Nothing has stuck out to me as a potential purchase, and I buy based on whether I will actually play - not on how cheap it is.SteverXIII
I do that too and I still bought 14 games lol

I have a bit of money to spare but spending 15-20 euro on a game I'm probably not going to play much seems like a waste. I probably will pick up 1 or 2 games on the last day of the sale but only ones I know I'm going to at least give a decent amount of time to.[QUOTE="Karnage108"]I bought Crusader Kings 2 and Saints Row The Third... but honestly this Steam sale has been pretty mehlawlessxthis sale has been great...what were you expecting? More games. For the community choice thing I feel like I'm seeing some of the same games over and over again. Servers have been pretty **** too, as I rarely ever had a problem viewing the store page before.
Ah I remember when I first tried out Civ V.. I saw the morning rise o_qI bought Civilization 5.
Plus all DLC, except Gods and Kings. Im going to see how good civ 5 is first, and wait for bigger sale on GK (winter sale).

I just bought Command and Conquer 3 and Kane's Wrath (Played the pants off of both) and Red alert 3 and Uprising (Never played the red alert series outside of Yuri's Revenge and a bit of the first one). I stayed well clear of Tiberian Twilight though. :P
I've been into Command and Conquer my whole life, I had the O.G Command and Conquer (on the two discs) on the Playstation when I was 10, and I constantly borrowed my mates copy of Tiberian Sun and Firestorm in my early teens for the PC.
I've even got a few of their soundtracks; Act On Instinct, Hell March, Mechanical Man and Just Do it upare so hype :P

[QUOTE="Cherokee_Jack"]So did Rayman Origins ever go on sale? I saw it on the poll.siLVURcrossYes, for 15 if I recall.
That's the only thing I regret, I think. Since it was a sidebar deal, it probably won't reappear tomorrow. But there's always Christmas, or I could be charitable and pay regular price.
Anyway, if Saints Row goes on sale again tomorrow, everyone should buy it. It's rad.
[QUOTE="Coyful"]I just wish the first two Red Alerts were on Steam :( I'd kill to have the whole series on Steam, sure its easy enough to buy them stand-alone, but Steam is so neat and tidy. :P But I'm checking out a bunch of mods now that rebuild Tiberian Sun in C&C 3. That'll havta do. Why the hell wouldn't they have the whole series on Steam anyway? :(I just bought Command and Conquer 3 and Kane's Wrath (Played the pants off of both) and Red alert 3 and Uprising (Never played the red alert series outside of Yuri's Revenge and a bit of the first one). Regret not getting AC: Brotherhood. Assassin's Creed II is sooooo good.
Badosh
You didnt miss much, Brohood wasnt that good.
Brotherhood is good, Revelations isn't.That's what I heard. Maybe it's for the best, I'll just skip ahead to 3. Seems like they've shaked things up a lot.

I liked Brotherhood, was fun, not AC2 fun but fun enough but Revelations just killed AC for me.I bought Crusader Kings 2 and Saints Row The Third... but honestly this Steam sale has been pretty mehKarnage108I am as anti-steam as you can get and I was forced to buy like 10 games because of their insane valued price tags.
[QUOTE="lostrib"]Source? Also, if true :x...damn I just bought Combined Ops. Yeah, let it stay in Alpha I don't want the whole community to shift over after I've bought it :xHeads up for those getting ARMA II, supposedly Day Z will have a standalone version coming in September

The poll is now closed with Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic as the winner taking 37% of the vote. Dungeon Siege III finished second with 36%, while Ys Origin finished last with 27%.

A new poll has opened with choices from Crusader Kings II, Wargame: European Escalation, and Galatic Civilizations Ultimate Edition.
Hey guys, is the Prince of Persia games worth it?
Like All of them? It's about $13 right now and wondering if I should get them all, or just the Cellshaded one?
Purchased fable 3 collection for 12.49 All I wanted was fable the lost chapters but getting fable 3 and all its addon content as well was just too good of a price to pass up.
If someone could do me a favor and let me know in pm if they drop the price of the bathesda pack deal it would be much appreciated If the bathesda pack included fallout 3 and new vegas, as well as the addons, and brink and its addons as well as elder scrolls 3 4 and 5 id pick it up at 49.99 but I already own elderscrolls 3 and 4 so new vegas its addons and brink just isn't enough.

The sale is over after today so those games getting a price drop would be unlikely. Oblivion GOTY and Fallout New Vegas were both $5 ealier in the sale. Skyrim dropped down to $30. I think Fallout 3 was on sale as well but it was not shown on the main page. Even now, the Besthesa pack for Skyrim, New Vegas, and Brink is a pretty good price. Oblivion is still on sale for $12 at the moment.

I loved Sands of Time, Warrior Within, and Two Thrones last gen. The bought the cell shaded one this gen and hated iut, but I seem to be in the minority as many people on SW love it. I have no played the 3 from last gen since their initial release so I cannot comment how well they hold up today. The platforming should still be fine but the combat may be a bit janky, as it wasn't that great to begin with.
I am not sure how well they play on PC, but I really loved them on my gamecube. Tho I am thinking of picking them up.Hey guys, is the Prince of Persia games worth it?
