Damn I only get about 24 if I'm lucky. I need to work on becoming an extreme gamer

So how many hours do I need to play to finally become "hardcore"?

If they count weekends in mmo's, I might've got close when I played wow.

I only play around 10 hours a week, if i'm lucky.

edit: I just started playing Alan Wake, so my play time may go up a fair bit :P

When I was younger Id get around 5 hours a day. Now its any where from 1-3. (except today as I just got off of 6 hours of modnation racer)

How do you know that? I don't want to offend people, I'm just saying I find it disturbing if someone plays too much.

My average is about fifty-sixty hours a week. It'll probably increase now I'm on summer vacation.

dang. and i thought i was a pretty extreme gamer. i cant game that much all the time. but i have probably done i bit more than 48 hours a week a few times.

When i stay over, he only plays about 2 hours with me. Don't get me wrong. I don't approve of it but i don't think he has a problem.

Besides going out with friends, my main hobby is just video games. I don't think I play games 48 hours a week thoe. My Steam says I played 22.6 hours in the past 2 weeks.

No, but for some reason it's not appearing on my PSN, but it is appearing on "My Trophies".

I'm not saying that he does. If he can spend all that time playing games and it doesn't hurt his life that's fine. But I suspect that this hurts a lot of those that do it.

When I was a kid up until I was 18 (before I moved out of home) I could easily rack up atleast 48 hours a week. I'm 22 now, so for the last 4 years I've been working and going to university, so now I can only manage a couple hours a day if I'm lucky.
