Well since the console is pretty much limited to 60fps ( mostly 30fps more likely ) @1080p and below for games then I doubt it will be doing any realtime supersampling somehow. They look like downscaled 4k screenshots. That and the fact it looked nowhere near as crisp on the E3 footage is proof enough.

Most of the screenshots people post here are PR bullshots, despite which platform they are on.

Nothing impressive about these bullshots.

The graphics aren't going to be the thing that brings the game down. Most of the previews I've read have said bad things about the gameplay.

My first impression was a bullshot of some kind.  Although after looking at them more closely I think they are probably not in-game (maybe cinematic using the engine) but also not doctored as much other screenshots have been.

Visually it's very pretty looking

Gameplay wise it looks like headbutting a belt sander

Looks like a great movie.

Will watch.

Who cares what it looks like when it sounds like the gameplay is absolutely atrocious. I'm calling a huge flop on this one people. I think we're moving out of theultra linear scripted cinematic games and into online open worlds these days. Scores might reflect that.

This is my type of game in almost every way possible...but damn did the gameplay footage they show look horrible.

Wish I could play cut scenes.

In Ryse you will need alot of skill to be the ultimate button masher

The game is basically a series of QTE's. I mean really what do you expect? It is like "playing" a movie.

WHY DOES EVERY SINGLE SOLDIER ON THE FLOOR LOOK THE SAME AND ARE DOING THE SAME EXACT ANIMATIONS?

why does the textures look low resolution, along with pre baked lighting and static backgrounds?
