WHY DOES EVERY SINGLE SOLDIER ON THE FLOOR LOOK THE SAME AND ARE DOING THE SAME EXACT ANIMATIONS?

why does the textures look low resolution, along with pre baked lighting and static backgrounds?

I really enjoy the game Mount & blade: warband, it was only 4,99 on steam. The game looks like shit but so much to do.

Bulllshots or not, they certianly are an improvement over the last screens...

Those looks nice, but they're obviously supersampled (ie rendered at 4k then, downsampled which makes it looks really amazing). 

Ryse from what I've seen from it so far looks incredibly average at best.  Yet another game around here receiving more attention than it deserves because of its "exclusive" status. :roll:

you obviously havent seen some PC games espeically with few mods. Ryse looks nothing special just consolites joining the PC 2007 revolution of graphics.

I agree the armor looks like it has depth which is nice.

Everything else looks pretty lame. Referring only to the 3rd picture, the middle one looks really awful.

Would love to try this out.

I remember when Crytek said Crysis on consoles looked better than the PC version & posted 8k resolution "in game screenshots" & people fell for it

Looks very impressive to be honest, the gameplay looked boring though, hope they can fix that. I won't get an Xbone anyway though.

That looks rather nice. If they are not bullshots. It looks close to the gameplay at E3. So, I will say that is rather impressive. For once and maybe the last time I agree with ShoulderofOrion.

the graphics look top-notch but i'm afraid the gameplay may get stale after awhile.. Ryse is a good graphical showcase but i doubt it's going to get a great review score..

Lair...now that you mention it, Ryse reminds me of Lair for some reason.

edit: the pic was a joke btw, i do think the background doesn't look good in those pics, but not because it's inherently bland, etc.. it's just there is an out of focus effect going on.

The visuals look great no doubt. Shame the gameplay looked pretty awful. Inferior to most current gen games.

That's nice, but how's the gameplay? From what I have seen, doesn't look that great. It was supposed to be a Kinect game, and you can tell. They should have kept it for Kinect simply because the Kinect needs more games.

Looks good not stunning just plain old good but gameplay looks so bad defiantly not something that would make me want to buy a xbox one.

To be honest, i always expected Ryse to be the best looking next gen console game, simply because its being developed by crytek and it seems to feature smaller environments than most of the other titles.

That said crytek isnt exactly known for making games that are fun to play, so i doubt this is much more than a graphical showpeice.
