Yes, I remember when people were saying Gears was downgraded before it came out and they were also mentioning the frame rate. The finished product and the reviews that followed proved the naysayers wrong.
The game is not finished yet and there is still plenty of work left for the developers. It is silly to judge incomplete games.

Exactly. Because it was Epic. Epic doesn't release crap. This is freaking Bioware. They sure know how to pick their battles...
hopefully bioware gets the game running at 30fps, at least to me, whenever there are framerate issuses i always notice it brining down my gaming experience
I had a bad feeling not everything could be good news. Yeah, I am a graphics ore, and with such a little time before release, if the game cant hit 30fps it is obvious it just wont. @#$%%~!

The conversations were downgraded, the combat areas were upgraded, heavily. Last time I checked, Bioware has yet to do a console game at solid framerate, yet they were all fantastic.
if the game doesnt meet expectations with the framerate issue then this is just like a lot of sony's promises that failed before. Not trying to start but just making a comparison
