FFXII is alright. It has a great concept, and great gameplay.. I really like how in depth the gambit system is.

The main problem I found with the game, and this particularly applies to people like me who power grind in their RPGs, all of your characters end up being the same. The license trees are intended to allow you to differentiate characters from one another, but once you reach end game, all your characters have the same abilities and are basically the same. Although, you can make each character perform seperate jobs, like a tank, a healer, a melee dps, a ranged physical dps, a ranged spell caster dps, but everyone is capable of doing everything, making the game quite easy.

FFXII is alright. It has a great concept, and great gameplay.. I really like how in depth the gambit system is.
