I started playing Mad Max, and while it suffers from the typical trappings of many open world games in 2015, including not letting the player figure anything out on its own, its presentation is marvelous. Being a licensed game I went in thinking I'd find something cheap that takes out of me out of the big world they created. But no, Max has a nice sense of weight to him and runs and animates realistically, the car reacts with various puffs of sand and pebbles and rocks from its back wheels depending on the many surfaces you're on (unlike say, MGSV, which surprised me in that game occasionally), and the game on the One hides a good deal of its lower res textures with its camera and lighting, although it occasionally gives you something to make the eyes bleed.
@freedomfreak, how do I go about having maximum enjoyment of the game? I've read it's about 20 hours with a lot of repetition, yet there lies a lot of joy in upgrading your vehicle and doing the occasional side quest.
