Why are haters making it seem like if you don't buy this your missing out? If you own the games good for you, you don't have to buy them, I'm getting this as a collector thingy. 2 of the greatest games ever made+HD+Trophies=Win. Great price too. Can't wait :DArtisTool

that's just when the 1st quarter ends. JAN FEB MARCH is the first quarter.

whenever games have a 4/1 release date it basically just means it'll be out during by Q2 of that year (usually)

Sony really is on to something here with these greatest hits collections...a single used copy of ico will run you like 200 bucks on amazon.

I would buy Halo CE in a heartbeat if that were to happen, only because I would love to be able to play the original Halo -- in its original form -- online.

If it were just a straight port in HD with Achievements and no overhauled online system? Then **** that.

I was probably the only person that didn't own a PS2 last gen so I'm glad I get a chance to play these.

Honestly, I feel towards this exactly as I felt towards the Metroid Prime Trilogy: I already own all the games it contains, why do I need to rebuy them for a measly "upgrade"?

Great deal for those who don't own ICO though, that game starts at $20-30 used now... if you can find it.

ive played none of these ps2 classics, im glad sony are releasing them at affordable prices

That's $20 per game. It's not a bad deal at all, especially in light of the ebay prices they go for.

Unlike most people, my favourite part of SotC was riding to the next colossi. Taking unexpcted detours and exploring caves made the game for me.

exactly, traversing the huge environment knowing full well that there is a huge Colossi very nearby is a feeling I havent felt in a game before the anticipation was almost too much at times

the environment was almost the star of the show,

Not to mention that even if you know that there are not enemies in the game, you are still waiting for something to jump at you in those temples, caverns or forest, the atmosphere is so great.

I never bought ICO, only played a little bit with a friend (who sold it with his PS2, i'll never forgive him for that) and i already own SotC, still, this offer seems really good, might pick it.

NO not exactly..Just not my cup of tea. And by most peoples standards pretty boring. Nice to look at and play for a few minutes OR even watch someone else play for a few...BUT nothing that will keep you coming back for more...imo

Quite the deal when you consider that a new copy of ICO will cost you $80-100 and a used copy will cost somewhere around $30.

So LG in 2011 is looking allot more likely.:D

I've never played them, so I'll probably pick this up. Nice price too. A new copy of Ico on amazon is £130.

God of War 3 came out 5 months after the collection so I'm guessing the same with go for The Last Guardian
