personlly games like mass effect, Rdr and fallout 3 will always be more best memories from this generation... also the uprising of the console as being the entertainment hub of the living room.

system wars was gold this generation. hope it continues.

the day gears scored 9.6 was a day that stands out... it was the moment i knew the 360 was gonna be a success and sony misread consumers.

Expected gta v to be a launch title for the next gen.

This was 2009-2010, i didn't know the generation would have went this long :P

Plus i sold them both because i never even used them, i didn't want to pay for xbox live and i only used my ps3 for cod, but i ended up getting bored of that game so i sold it.

Wii crossed the finish line and the HD twins are nowhere to be seen. Had some great moments with RE4, Twilight Princess and SMG/SMG2. Later on I bought an x360 and sold my Wii for a PS3. Now they're pretty much all collecting dust, although I did play some Fallout 3 yesterday. Let the next-gen BEGIN!

What I hated: Gameplay is no longer an important aspect in making a game "spectacular" in the eyes of most gamers and critics. Production values became the most important aspect this gen.

Is it wrong I don't consider the launch of the Wii U a new generation. This company is playing catch up, and they now just entered the 7th Gen, with the Wii being 6th Gen. By my standards, anyway.
