This is Shinji's last game he will direct... so a must buy for me on PS4 day 1.

I miss the PS1 days of Dino Crisis and Resident Evil. Capcom died when this guy left after RE4. On PS3 i really enjoyed Vanquish, true hardcore shooter.

The trailer and the shots make it look interesting, will definitely keep my eye on this one. But Bethesda said they'll be announcing two games, right?

Dude, I didnt thought RE6 was as bad as everyone kept saying but its definitely the weakest of the main series... Dont even compare it to the magnificience of RE4, the best in the series imo

screens look interesting, better than capcoms resident evil anyway.

The game almost looks like RE4 with supernatural elements rather than viruses and whatnot... Looks creepy enough, though. It'll probably turn out pretty well.

Not a fan of live trailers, plus it kind of looked like a SAW variant.

The game does look and sound pretty good though. As long as it doesn't have too much action, which I'm suspecting it will mostly be true to that.

The only issue I had with the trailer was that there was that giant guy with a weird metal object on his head and weilding a big, scary looking weapon... RE has already ripped off Pyramid Head somewhat with the giant hammer guy in RE5 and hell even Silent Hill Downpour had a Pyramid Head esque figure (Boogeyman).  I wish they could try to stop relying on the tactics that made PH so feffective.

Exactly... I hope the game doesn't rely too much on this character as a scare tactic.  It's been done to death before (although SH Downpour added a really awesome twist at the end of the game with their "Boogeyman") and there are other ways to scare people... That four armed thing that came out of the blood looked pretty creepy, for instance.

Yep. This game looks so generic. Maybe it was just the live action trailer that sucked. I am sucker for horror so I will probably buy it if it is halfway decent  though.

Capcom died many times. Inafune, Kamiya, Mikami, etc. they are all gone... And for good because now they are making good games meanwhile when they were at Capcom they were just wasting their talent there. Kamiya wanted to make DMC 2, 3 and 4 but Capcom didn't let him. Mikami wanted to make Resident Evil a survival horror game again but Capcom didn't let him. Inafune wanted to make Megaman and a new IP but Capcom didn't let him. No wonder they all left....
