The HS demo is not that impressive. Kind of STINKS

First of all it's WAY to short but whatever. I do think it's decent but.

Let be honest if you look much closer at the graphics the textures are bad it's just more weak PS3 texture work. But it get over looked easily because it has a very good art style to the game. But if you look and pay attention the textures are not great.

Not that I agree with him or anything, but a playable demo of any game released to the public is about as close to the final game as it gets.

Why do negative comments deserve its own thread? We already have a thread talking about the demo.

Another thing, the game has amazing textures, stop pretending to own a PS3 and use this old excuse.

The demo is short, but simply amazing. I keep finding out new conbos to do everytime I try the demo again, and again.

Not that I agree with him or anything, but a playable demo of any game released to the public is about as close to the final game as it gets.

Apparently the demo is pre-e3. Supposedly a current demo of the current built would be too large for psn.

No i'm just saying the art style ROCKS for sure but if you want to be totaly honest you can stop and look and clearly see the typical weaker texture work the PS3 seems to suffer from.

Flip flopping cows... so in the case of Killzone 2 vs Halo 3, I guess your all in agreement that the vastly superior halo gameplay > Killzones graphics. The textures in Heavenly Sword look pretty weak.. its also just anback and slashgame, about as shallow as a mini game collection.

Entirely too many people have had wonderful things to say about the demo for your opinion to hold any water.

Textures aren't meant to be looked at closely like that. Not only that, gameplay is more important than graphics. I'm a big fan of nice graphics and Heavenly Sword has nice graphics.

Wait i am VERY CONFUSED in Cow analogy. Because the Halo 3 demo the graphics were not mind blowing but the gameplay WAS SPECTACULAR. They said it SUX. Now with HS even if they was to agree the textures are kind of weak it's all about the gameplay all the sudden.Mr_Fugly

Heavenly sword looks and plays great though,a couple of bad(ish) textures doesn't mean the game doesn't look great.

They only showed short clips, there was no way you could tell anything about gameplay from those clips.

I think what it was that Halo 2 graphics was so far ahead then anything the PS2 was capible of doing. Halo 2 looked almost next gen in some places of the game on a HD TV. With Halo 3 the multiplayer demo still had very good graphics. And the single player graphics are looking very sweet.

I think what it was that Halo 2 graphics was so far ahead then anything the PS2 was capible of doing. Halo 2 looked almost next gen in some places of the game on a HD TV. With Halo 3 the multiplayer demo still had very good graphics. And the single player graphics are looking very sweet.

In what places does Halo 2 look as if it fits in the current generation? Because I have a HDtv along with Halo 2 and I'm just not buying it.
