Solid score. You know, I don't really know why I never played the first two games. I won't be getting a Wii-U for a long time (probably not for roughly a year), so I really should play those two; I've read that they're both excellent games.

Pikmin 1 and 2 are a couple of the greatest games ever made IMHO. You should definitely check them out.

It looked like a 7 or 7.5.  If i were on the fence when it came to purchasing a Wii U, this game would not convince me to buy one.

Yeah, definitely not something that most people, including me, are going to buy the Wii-U for; just a solid edition to its library. When I do buy a Wii-U, I will have to buy this game though. I've heard great things about these games.

Just 5 more days... It's killing me to wait for this game... Pikmin and Pikmin 2 are two of the only games I gave a perfect 10/10 score to... I've been hyping this game since the Wii was announced in 2004. This is basically the biggest gaming release in my entire life.

Yeah it made me laugh too. Pikmin condones slavery, Pokemon condones animal abuse, and Punch-Out!! is racist. Nintendo aint kiddy, they're tasteless :P

It has some technical blurs and such, and the pathfinding has screwed up once or twice when running a long with a large amount of Pikmin (some of them drowned while going across a bridge somehow...), but overall it's great. Definitely one to look forward to if you were to get the system.

My own personal pet peeve is the time limit, but it's no real issue.

Day 7 so far. Not very far in so it will probably get better like Ninty games normally do when going further in.

Pikmin 3 was meant to kick start sales somewhat but it's dropped out of the top 10 titles this week in the UK and literally nothing of any note has been released in ages.DocSanchez
